Disappointed

Where do I start..Unfortunately, I chose this photographer based on her portofolio of still images and scenic pictures. Not her ability to deal with people. The video equipment used was old and obsolete. There were several issues relating to communication that made it very tiresome. A few basics ..Lack of decent technology, missed scheduled appointments, lack of creativity and listening skills and the best.. incorrect name on the video once received after 1 year. The owner is older and used to a very cookie- cut way of taking pictures. She has no creativity at all and was not on the same page with our ideas. She had no insight to who we were and did not listen to our concerns or ideas. When you have a great experience, you tend to tell one or two people. When you have a bad experience, you tell 20. I do not recommend this photographer/video company for your wedding or any milestone.
