Day of Event Coordination- Myself and my team will come to you and we do not put a limit on our time. This will depend on the design, vendors, your preferences, and above all the creation of a platinum level event. We put in the time that is needed to make your day exactly the way you dream it will be. When you hire us, you receive our 24 hour number. You have unlimited calls to us day and night. Communication is key to the success of your event and your comfort. We would like to meet with you sooner than later as October is right around the corner. We will contact your vendors to ensure that all is in order and organize a production schedule. Of course we bring our wedding emergency kit containing over 100 items. We think of everything so that your day is magical. Packages begin at $1000.00.
Weekend of Coordination- We will be at your service all weekend. From arrivals with welcome packets in guests rooms to coordinating the Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding day, vendors, bridal design board, bridal brunch and thank you gift construction. This is just like the "Day of" with a little more help all weekend. This is especially helpful when guests have any travel problems as we are available to them 24 hours. We can create weekend group events from morning yoga practice, to tea, to chartered yachts. With 3 dedicated staff we are able to handle the multi-tasking that will definitely happen Packages begin at $2000.00
Consultant/ Concierge Services - Interviewing vendors can take so much time and research. We bring you quotes from pre-screened professionals that fit your style, vision, and most importantly your budget. We will create a personalized package to include one or more of the following items or you may hire us hourly.
